Isaiah Haggai

Isaiah chapter 25 and the book of Haggai.

1.1Master, you are my God. 1.2I will praise your name, 1.3for you have done wonderful things 1.4and given faithful counsel from far away, amen. I Ruth 1:16-17 2.1For you have reduced a city to a heap 2.2and the fortified city to a ruin. 2.3The house of the foreigners and the city 2.4are never to be built again. 3.1Therefore many peoples will praise you 3.2and the city of the mighty peoples will worship you. 4.1For you have been a strength to the poor 4.2and a helper to the needy in his distress, 4.3a refuge from the storm 4.4and shade from the heat, 4.5for the blast of the mighty ones 4.6is as a storm against the wall. 5.1You will blot out the pride of foreigners 5.2as the shadow at noonday 5.3and as the heat is blotted out by the shade of a cloud. 5.4Thus the branch of the mighty ones will be humbled. Isaiah 25:1-56.1On this mountain the Master of Hosts 6.2will make for all peoples a lavish feast, 6.3a feast of old and rich wines 6.4from the things that belong to our heavenly savior and the mighty one. I Ruth 1:22 7.1He will destroy on this mountain 7.2the prestige of the ruler who ruled over all the peoples, 7.3because of the slaughter which was made among all the peoples. 8.1He will swallow up death in victory Q 1 Corinthians 15:54 forever 8.2and the Master God of Hosts will wipe away the tears 8.3from off all faces 8.4and the disgrace of his people 8.5he will take away from off all the land, 8.6for the Master has spoken it. I Ruth 4:9-10 Isaiah 25:6-89.1It will be said in that day, 9.2This is the Master our God whom we have waited for. 9.3He will save us. 9.4This is the Master our God whom we have waited for. 9.5We will be glad and rejoice in his salvation. Isaiah 25:910.1For on this mountain the hand of the Master will rest 10.2and Moab will be trampled down under him 10.3even as straw is trampled down with the threshing sled. 11.1He will spread forth his hands in the middle of them 11.2as a swimmer spreads forth his hands to swim 11.3and he will bring down their pride 11.4together with the spoils of their bands. 12.1The fortress of treason of your rebellious men 12.2and your strong walls he will tear down 12.3and lay low and bring to the land, 12.4even to the dust.
