Isaiah Malachi

Isaiah chapter 34 and the book of Malachi.

1.1Come near, peoples, to hear; 1.2and listen, peoples; 1.3let the land hear, and all that is in it; 1.4the world, and all that live in it. 2.1For the indignation of the Master is against all the peoples, 2.2and his fury against all their armies, 2.3that he may destroy them 2.4and deliver them to the slaughter. 3.1Their killed will also be cast out, 3.2and the stink of their corpses will come up, 3.3and the mountains will be drenched with their blood. 4.1All the host of the skies will be dissolved, 4.2and the skies will be rolled together as a scroll; 4.3and all their host will fall down, 4.4as the leaf falls from off the vine 4.5and as a falling of premature figs from the fig tree. Isaiah 34:1-45.1For my sword will be sharpened in the skies; 5.2it will come down on the Adamites 5.3and on a people that are condemned in judgment. 6.1The sword of the Master is filled with blood, 6.2it is made fat 6.3with the blood, and with the fatness of lambs and goats, 6.4with the fat of the kidneys of rams; 6.5for the Master has a sacrifice in Bozrah 6.6and a great slaughter in the land of Adam. 7.1Wild-oxen will fall with them, 7.2and bulls with the bulls; 7.3and the land will be soaked with their blood, 7.4and the soil enriched with their fatness. Isaiah 34:5-78.1For it is the day of the vengeance of the Master 8.2and the year of repayment for the cause of Zion, 9.1and its streams will be turned into pitch 9.2and its soil into brimstone, 9.3and its land will become burning pitch. 10.1It will not be quenched night nor day; 10.2its smoke will go up forever; 10.3and it will lie waste from generation to generation; 10.4no one will pass through it forever and ever. 11.1But pelicans and owls will inherit it; 11.2ravens and ostriches will live in it; 11.3and he will stretch out on it the measuring line of the sword, 11.4and there will not be joy in it. 12.1They will not call it, A kingdom, there any longer, 12.2and all her princes will perish. 13.1Thorns will sprout up in her houses, 13.2nettles and thistles in its fortresses; 13.3and it will be a habitation of dragons 13.4and a pasture for ostriches. 14.1Insane men will meet in it, 14.2and demoniacs will cry out to each other; 14.3there the screech owl has perched 14.4and found for herself a place of rest. 15.1There the great owl will make her nest, 15.2and lay and hatch and gather under her shadow; 15.3there vultures will also be gathered, 15.4each with her mate. Isaiah 34:8-1516.1Seek out the scroll of the Master and read: 16.2not one of these will fail, 16.3none sought for her mate; 16.4but with his own mouth he has commanded, 16.5and his Spirit has gathered them. 17.1He has cast the lot for them, 17.2and his hand has divided it to them by the measuring line; 17.3they will inherit it forever; 17.4from generation to generation they will live in it.
